CM No. 4105/2017 The present application has been filed by ten petitioners with the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon‟ble Court that this Hon‟ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present application and issue necessary appropriate direction to the respondent No.6 i.e Assistant Collector/Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Defence Colony, at old Gargi College Building, Amar Colony, Lajpat

Nagar, New Delhi-110024, to comply the order dated 16.03.2016, passed by this Hon‟ble Court, in the interest of justice." Suffice to state that the writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide its order dated March 16, 2016 directing the respondent No.6 to dispose of the Review Proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that despite order dated March 16, 2016 of this Court, the concerned Authority has not disposed of the Review Proceedings as directed in the said order. Ms. Niti Jain, Adv. states that the Review Proceedings shall be disposed of within six weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record. The application is disposed of.
