% 16.03.2016 Show cause notice is issued to respondent nos. 1 to 6 as petitioners have pressed prayer (b) only, in view of the pendency of review proceedings before the respondent no. 6.

Prayer (a) has not been pressed by the petitioners in view of the pendency of the said review petition. It is contended that petitioners have filed a review petition against the order of mutation no. 214 dated 24th April, 1968 along with an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, in terms of the order dated 6th November, 2009 of Additional Collector District: South Delhi. It is not in dispute that aforesaid review proceeding is pending before the respondent no. 6.

It is prayed that respondent no.6 be directed to dispose of the proceedings in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 6 to decide of the review proceedings expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
