Respondent No.1 has deposited Rs.9,72,500/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the judgment dated 27th February, 2018. 2.
Appellant No.2 is present in Court and has produced the passbook of her savings bank account No.37587807068, State Bank of India, Mathura Raod, Badarpur Branch, IFSC SBIN0002296, MICR Code : 110002010 with the necessary endorsement.

The Registrar General is directed to disburse the amount deposited by respondent No.1 by instructing UCO Bank, Delhi High Court as under:- (i) Rs.8,25,000/- be kept in 100 FDRs of Rs.8,250/- for the period 1 month to 80 months respectively with cumulative interest in the name of appellant No.2.
(ii) The balance amount, after keeping Rs.8,25,000/- in FDR, be released
to appellant No.2 by transferring the same to her aforesaid savings bank account.

At the time of maturity, the fixed deposit amount shall be credited in the individual savings bank account of respondent No.2. 5.
All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, statement containing FDR amount, FDR number, date of maturity and maturity amount be furnished to appellant No.2. 6.
No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

List for reporting compliance on 31st May, 2018. 8.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
