1. The interim reliefs sought in this petition are at the post-Award stage. Admittedly, the Petitioners have suffered an Award of over Rs. 3 crores which is payable by them to the Respondent. Admittedly, the Petitioners have not challenged the Award.

2. In response to a query as to how much of the decretal amount has been paid to the Respondent, learned counsel for the Petitioners is only able to state that the properties over Rs. 6 crores have been mortgaged in favour of the Respondent which can be brought to sale to realise the decretal amount.

3. With the Petitioners not having discharged any part of the decretal amount till date, the question of granting interim reliefs at this stage does not arise. The petition is dismissed.
