This is a petition filed under Section 114 read with Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC seeking review of the order dated 26.04.2016 in LPA No.893/2015. 2.

Having heard the petitioner who appeared in person and having perused the review petition, we found that the grounds which have now been raised in this review have already been raised in the writ petition and also the Letters Patent Appeal. Absolutely no case is made out to show that the order under review suffered from any error apparent on the face of the record. The law is well settled that under the guise of the review petition, it is not open to the petitioner to reopen and re-agitate the issues that have already been decided. 3.
