% 24.11.2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, in view of the circumstance that the underlying dispute has been settled by and between the parties and a sum of Rs. 1,45,000/- has been received by the petitioner from the respondent company. Leave granted.

However, the Managing Director of the respondent company has undertaken to pay a further sum of Rs. 10,000/- as legal costs to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking given on behalf of the respondent company is hereby accepted.

Directed accordingly.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
