The appeal impugns a judgment and decree of dismissal of a suit for mandatory and permanent injunction consequent to rejection of the plaint. 2.

Though notice of the appeal was issued and the counsel for the respondents no.1&2 appears but it is found that the impugned judgment and decree is of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Delhi. 3.

This Court is not the Court of minimum pecuniary jurisdiction within the meaning of Section 15 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), 1908 to entertain the appeal.

The appeal filed before this Court is clearly misconceived and is dismissed. The appellant shall however have liberty to approach the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

No costs.
