% 09.08.2018 Learned counsel for plaintiff states that he has instructions to withdraw the present suit for partition.

Learned counsel for defendants 2 to 6 states that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the present suit. It is pertinent to mention that defendant no.1 had unfortunately expired during the pendency of the present proceedings. Consequently, keeping in view the aforesaid as well as the statement made by the plaintiff under oath on 08th August, 2018 before the learned Joint Registrar, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
