% 26.09.2016 CM No.35385/2016(extension of time) This is an application on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of time granted by order dated 16.09.2016. By order dated 16.09.2016 the writ petition was dismissed but the interim order dated 08.10.2015 was continued for a period of seven days to enable the petitioner to avail of the remedies. It is contended by the petitioner that the counsel for the petitioner, who has been handling the matter since the very beginning, is ill and is suspected to be suffering from Chikungunya.

Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 as also by the counsel for the respondent No.3. They WP(C) 11202/2015

submit that, in view of the peculiar facts, as stated in the application, they have no objection for further extension provided that this is the last extension of time, which is granted.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Interim order dated 08.10.2015 shall continue to operate till 08.10.2016.

The application is disposed of.
