% 14.07.2017 Rev. Pet 146/2017 & CM No.15008/2017 (delay) This Review application has been filed by the appellant along with an application seeking condonation of delay of 82 days in filing the application for review.

Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the review application, we do not find that the grounds raised fall within the purview of review jurisdiction under Order XLVII of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Accordingly, we are not inclined to issue notice on the application for condonation of delay.

In view of the above, the application for condonation of delay and the review application are dismissed.
