The present petition has been filed by the petitioner Kamlesh Kumar praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to provide protection to his son and daughter-in-law namely Vishal and Rajni respectively from respondents No.4 to 8.

In view of the fact that petitioner Kamlesh Kumar has also filed Habeas Corpus petition which is pending before the Division Bench of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
