On behalf of State, learned ASC submits that vide order dated 4th December, 2015, State was directed to provide necessary protection to the Petitioners. Learned ASC further submits that during inquiry, it was revealed that the Petitioners are not residing at the given address, however, presently they are residing at Faridabad, Haryana and in these circumstances, the Petitioners may approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the area where they are residing. 4.

This writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. The Petitioners may seek protection from the Court having territorial jurisdiction in case they apprehend any threat to their life. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
