% 02.03.2016 We are informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and her husband have been separated for many years, although recently the husband of the petitioner was staying in the house of the petitioner. Since the age of the missing girl was not clear, it was directed that an ossification test be conducted. Report has been received, as per which age of the missing girl is estimated between 15-17 years. The petitioner submits that her daughter Kanchan should not be permitted to stay with Deepak with whom she had eloped. Kanchan submits that she had left her mother's house voluntarily and she has married Deepak out of her own will. We had taken up the matter in the Chamber. We have heard the counsel for the

petitioner, her daughter and also the husband of the petitioner. Kanchan reiterated her stand that she would not like to stay with her mother and she would like to stay with her father.

The father submits that he would be responsible for the well-being of his daughter. In view of the stand taken by Kanchan and her father, the petitioner submits that she does not wish to press this petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
