% 15.01.2016 Crl.M.A. 729/2016 (Exemption) Application is disposed of subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 186/2016 & Crl.M.A. 730/2016 (Delay) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 19.10.2015 passed by the Court below and to transfer the case FIR No.87/2011, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, titled as "State vs. Pawan Arya & Others", pending in the Court of Ms.Richa Parihar, MM, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

The only ground taken in the present case is that the application

for the grant of interim maintenance filed by the petitioner-herein was dismissed by the Trial Court and that is the reason for seeking transfer of the case to some other Court.

Apparently, there is nothing against the learned Judge of the Trial Court and no biasness has been shown in the present matter. So, this Court is of the considered opinion that no ground is made out to transfer the case pending before the Trial Court to some other Court. Consequently, the present petition as well as application Crl.M.A. 730/2016 are hereby dismissed.
