1. Both the parties agree that the Court can appoint a sole Arbitrator and further agree that the entire dispute can be decided on affidavits filed by both the parties without any need for cross-examination of any witnesses.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court appoints Mr. Gaurav Duggal, Advocate (Mobile No. 9811297368) as sole Arbitrator. The fee of the learned Arbitrator is fixed at Rs. 50,000, which shall be paid equally by both the parties. The learned Arbitrator shall proceed on the basis of the affidavits of the parties as agreed and conclude the arbitral proceedings within a period of two months.

3. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be delivered to the learned Arbitrator forthwith.
