1. Mr Peeyoosh Kalra, learned Additional Standing counsel appearing for the Respondents states that subsequent to the previous date, the documents submitted by the Petitioner were examined by the Assistant Commissioner Ward -203/KCS and an order has been passed by her on 26th April, 2016 a copy of which is already with the Petitioner.

2. Mr Mahna, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will place the said order on record with the affidavit and address further arguments to show why the said order is erroneous.

3. The Court would not like to examine the above issue in the present petition, which was filed at the stage when the Petitioner was aggrieved by the non-issuance of Form-C and Form-F under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 for the year 2013-14. That question has now been addressed by the Respondents and an order has been passed rejecting the request.

4. It is open to the Petitioner to assail the order dated 26th April, 2016 in accordance with law. No further directions can be issued as far as the present petition is concerned. All the pleas of the Petitioner as well as the Respondents are left open to be agitated in the appropriate forum.
