% 15.09.2016 Present FIR 767/2015 under Sections 186/353/332/506/341/34 IPC was registered on the complaint of Sh. Ved Prakash Yadav, employee of BSES. It is alleged in the FIR that the enforcement team had gone to Kamruddin Nagar area for routine checking of illegal tapping from BSES LV Mains. Lot of crowd gathered there. Petitioner instigated them to beat the officials of BSES, at which crowd started pelting stones. Vide order dated 7th December, 2015, petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail. Petitioner has participated in the investigations which are stated to be more or less complete.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to

the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
