CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 23.05.2016 CM APPL. 19195/2016 By way of present application, petitioner seeks issuance of admit card for appearing in the second semester examination to be held between 16th and 23rd May, 2016 as well as for appearing in the papers of first and second semesters in which she could not appear.

Petitioner‟s earlier writ petition was disposed of allowing the petitioner to sit in the first semester examination.

However, a perusal of the application reveals that petitioner‟s admission has now been cancelled.

Learned senior counsel for respondent-University states that cancellation of petitioner‟s admission is on the ground of misrepresentation. Today in Court, a copy of the order cancelling the petitioner‟s admission has been handed over to learned counsel for petitioner. A copy of the same is also taken on record.

In the opinion of this Court, cancellation of admission is a separate and independent cause of action. Consequently, present application is disposed of with liberty to petitioner file a fresh writ petition on the new cause of action.
