Rev Pet No.235/2016 & C.M. No.17885/2016 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the downloaded document which is being now taken on record has a date of issue 12.11.2003 and not of 19.05.2015 which is the date mentioned in the order dated 02.02.2016.

Documents have been perused. In page 44 of the paper book

(Annexure-A) the date of issue is mentioned as 12.11.2003 and the document appears to have been attested on 20.05.2015. Petitioner is at liberty to bring these facts to the notice of the Trial Court. No further orders are called for .
