By way of this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of one month.

Mr. Abhishek Rai appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been released from Jail under the order of the Competent Authority. 3.

In view of the above, this present petition is become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed.
