O R D E R

% 09.03.2018 Counsels for the parties submit that the Arbitral Award has been challenged by the respondent by way of OMP (COMM) 6/2016. They further submit that the arbitration proceedings in the present petition had commenced prior to coming into of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015.

In view of the above, the present petition is not maintainable at this stage and the same is accordingly dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, subject to the outcome of the Objection Petition filed by the respondent.
