The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against rejection of its application for registration under Section 9(4) of the Insecticides Act, 1968 has been disposed of. Thus, the present petition has become infructuous. He seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to challenge the appeallate order.

The present petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
