This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator. 2.

Respondent has not filed reply to the petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties states that an Arbitrator be appointed for conducting the proceedings under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr. K. Raghav Rao, Sr. Adv. who is on the panel of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre as the sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the claims and counter-claims, if any.

Learned Arbitrator shall comply with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015. The proceedings and the fee of the Arbitrator shall be regulated in terms of the Rules made by the Centre. The petition is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Coordinator, Delhi International Arbitration Centre.
