The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-compliance of the judgment dated 25th May, 2015 by the respondents.

Mr. Sanjay Jain, learned ASG, submits that the Ministry of Home Affairs has taken a conscious decision to implement the judgment dated 25th May, 2015. It is submitted that the judgment dated 25th May, 2015 has been challenged by private respondents before the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (C) No.20582-20583/2015 in which the Government has moved an application for permission to implement the judgment dated 25th May, 2015 subject to the outcome of the special leave petition. It is submitted that Government shall comply with the directions given by Supreme Court in the Special Leave petition with respect to the compliance of the judgment dated 25th May, 2015.

In view of the statement made by learned ASG today in Court , the petitioner does not press this petition, which is hereby dismissed as

withdrawn.

Copy of this order be given dasti to parties under signatures of the Court Master.
