1. Mr. Rahul Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner informs the Court that an Arbitrator has already been appointed.

2. The interim order dated 22nd January, 2015 passed by this Court and the orders thereafter in continuance thereof by this Court are directed to continue till such time the learned Arbitrator modifies, varies or vacates them in accordance with law in an application moved under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by either party.

3. The petition is disposed of.
