The appeal impugns a judgment and decree dated 13th August, 2015 of the Court of Additional District Judge (ADJ)-03, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi dismissing the Civil Suit No.154/14 of the appellant for ejectment and only partly decreeing the same insofar as for recovery of arrears of rent.

Notice of the appeal was issued and the counsel for the respondents appears.

The counsels state that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the respondents have today handed over the keys of the premises by way of surrender of tenancy rights in the premises to the appellant and the parties are left with no claim against each other and the part decree from which this appeal arises also stands satisfied. 4.

Recording the aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
