% 21.07.2016 Possession has already been handed over to the petitioner. The only question in the present execution petition is that how much damages/rent is payable by the respondent to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners upon instructions submits that in case the respondents will pay sum of Rs.20 lac to the petitioners within a period of six months, the petitioners would not claim any further damages. The said amount shall be treated as full and final settlement between the parties. Learned counsel for the respondents is agreeable to make the said payment in the following manner:

(i) Rs.5 lac shall be paid on or before 14th August, 2016. (ii) Rs.5 lac shall be paid by 14th September, 2016. (iii) Remaining amount of Rs.10 lac shall be paid by the respondents in four installments of Rs.2,50,000/- each per

month.

It is clarified and understood by the respondents that in case any default in payment of amount, the respondents shall pay entire amount as per the award.

If the entire amount is paid as agreed, the award shall stand satisfied.

The petition is disposed of.
