% 01.06.2016 The parties arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 17.05.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and learned Mediator is placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be just, fair and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands decreed in terms of the settlement which shall continue to bind the parties. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee considering the fact that disputes have been settled in mediation.
