O R D E R

% 21.10.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited a total amount of Rs.12,65,694/-.

It is not in dispute that an amount of Rs.10,77,329/- is to be released to respondent No.2. Let the said amount alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any, be released to respondent No.2. The excess amount of Rs.1,88,365/- shall be released to the petitioner alongwith interest accrued thereon.

Should respondent No.2 be dissatisfied with the computation furnished by the petitioner, he shall make an appropriate representation, which shall be disposed off by the petitioner by a reasoned order within a month of receipt thereof after hearing respondent No.2. The writ petition alongwith pending application stand disposed off in the above terms.
