1. It is stated that a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 („Act‟) for constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal („AT‟) has already been filed.

2. In that view of the matter, it is directed that the interim order dated 9th December 2015 will continue till such time the AT varies, modifies or vacates that order in accordance with law in an application by either party under Section 17 of the Act.
