Liberty granted.

W.P. (C) 11346/2015 stands dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications.

The order dated 21.12.2015 reflects the next date in this matter as 22.12.2015 whereas it should have been 06.01.2016. The said date, i.e., 22.12.2015 accordingly stands cancelled.
