$~1 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + W.P.(C) 11477/2015 SWATI SOLANKI ..... Petitioner Through: In person versus GURU GOBIND SINGH INDRAPRASTHA UNIVERSITY & ORS ..... Respondent Through: Mr. Vaibhav Kalra, Adv. for R-1 and 2 Mr. Sanjay Dewan, Adv. for R-3
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN
O R D E R
% 01.02.2016 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the date sheet of 2nd year BHMS examinations issued by respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
Since examinations have already been conducted, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition has become infructuous. In any event, the predecessor of this Court has held that though respondent No. 3 was obliged to hold classes of a cumulative duration of 1065 hours, at the rate of 45 minutes per class, yet it has held 1440 classes at the rate of 45 minutes per class, i.e., much more than the requisite number.
Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 01, 2016/NG
