% 21.03.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents and Sh. Ashok Kumar Navet, Assistant Registrar (Section-V) [who appears in person], appear on behalf of the Administrator of the respondent Society submit that the balance amount of `3,81,529/- with interest as payable from the date of the award, i.e. 15.10.2002 would be paid to the petitioners within four weeks.

The respondent Society is directed to ensure that the said amount - inclusive of the interest @ 7.5% on the said amount calculable for the period 15.10.2002 till 31.03.2016 is paid to the petitioners on or before 20.04.2016.

The respondents submit that four Cheques/Pay Orders shall be handed over - one to each of the petitioners, through their counsel. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order dasti.
