Vide order dated 09.12.2015, the petitioner was granted parole for two weeks on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The petitioner could not arrange the required surety and continues to be in custody. 2.

In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to avail the benefit of the order dated 09.12.2015, the surety amount is reduced from ` 25,000/- to ` 15,000/-. Other terms and conditions of the said order shall remain the same.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
