% 22.07.2016 IA No.1207/2016 in OMP (I)(COMM.)33/2015 & IA No.1210/2016 in OMP (I)(COMM.)34/2015 Learned counsel for the parties submits that since the Arbitration Clause has been invoked by the petitioner, the entire matter would be covered by the arbitration proceedings. In these circumstances, the parties agree that status quo shall be maintained by them in terms of the interim orders passed by this Court on 4th December, 2015 and 5th February, 2016. In case of default of either party, the rights of the parties shall not be prejudiced from them pursuing their remedies in law.

The petitions and applications stand disposed off in the above terms.
