By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner has made the following prayers:- (a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to comply the directions of the constitutional bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Case W.P. Criminal No.68/2008 titled as 'Lalita Kumari vs. State of U.P." and take appropriate action as per provisions of law in the matter and direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to initiate appropriate legal action against respondent nos.3 and 4 for not discharging their statutory duty and for violation of directions in the aforesaid matter. W.P.(CRL) 2829/2015
(b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint of petitioner and to initiate investigation against the named persons under Section 452/341/323/354/506/34 IPC. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an FIR has been registered and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. 3.
In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
