The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.415/2012 registered under Sections 376/420/406/506 IPC at PS Saraswati Vihar. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2012. Statement of the prosecutrix has since been recorded. Status report reveals that the prosecutrix and the petitioner developed friendship in 2011. Physical relations took place between the two. It further discloses that on 02.01.2012 the petitioner married the prosecutrix at Shiv Mandir, Ghaziabad (U.P.) and it was registered with the Registrar, Ghaziabad (U.P.). The parties lived together for certain BAIL APPLN. 2709/2015

period. It is alleged that the petitioner was already married to a lady Urmila Yadav and the prosecutrix was cheated by him. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
