% 01.02.2016 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is not being pressed on merits. Petitioner is present in person. He seeks time to vacate the suit shop i.e. the shop bearing no.3212, Bahadur Garh Road, Delhi. This submission is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner under specific instructions from the petitioner. It is agreed that the suit shop will be vacated by the petitioner on or before 31.3.2017. Needless to state that at the time of handing over of the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit shop by the respondent/landlord all arrears of electricity and water charges shall be cleared. The petitioner will continue to pay agreed rent at the rate of Rs.220/- per month. He shall clear all arrears of rent within a period of three weeks from today. All the above noted shall be incorporated in an
affidavit to be furnished by the petitioner along with undertaking which shall be filed within one week from today with advance copy to the landlord/respondent.
With these directions petition disposed of.
