% 25.01.2016 Keeping in view the averments in the applications, it is clarified that the observations made in paragraph 7 of the order dated 7th December, 2015 do not bar the respondents from inviting fresh tenders in connection with the licences at Anand Vihar and Sarai Kale Khan till execution of renovation work.

It is pertinent to mention that the petitioners are vendors at ISBT Kashmiri Gate and have no concern with the ISBT Anand Vihar and Sarai Kale Khan.

With the aforesaid direction, the applications are disposed of. Order dasti.
