% 21.10.2016 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the Reviewing Authority has reduced the punishment imposed on the petitioner of removal from service to reduction to a lower stage by an order dated 31.12.2015. They submit that the writ petition has, accordingly, become infructuous. In the circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of as having been become infructuous.
