% 22.07.2016 The petitioner is seeking a prayer that the illegal constructions on the property No. WZ-1329-A, Nangal Rai, New Delhi be stopped. On instruction, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 who has put an appearance states that this property was booked on 18.12.2015. Deviations have been noted on the ground floor, first floor, second floor as also half portion of the third floor. The demolition order was in fact passed on 14.01.2016. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 further informs this Court that an appeal has been preferred before the ATMCD which is now pending.

In view of the aforenoted submissions, necessary action shall be taken by respondent No. 1 in accordance with law. No further orders are called for on this petition which is disposed of. INDERMEET KAUR, J JULY 22, 2016
