With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 07.11.2015 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-03, North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi is set aside with the direction to the learned counsel for the parties to appear before the learned District Judge, North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 15.02.2016.

The learned District Judge, North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi shall assign the same to the court concerned which has passed the impugned order dated 07.11.2015. The learned Appellate Court shall decide the appeal of the appellant on merits without going into the question of delay in filing the review by the appellant.

In the meantime, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps till the time the first Appellate Court decide the objections of the appellant. 4.

With these directions the appeal stands disposed of. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the court concerned for information. 7.
