% 29.02.2016 Crl. MA 3657/2016 This is an application for modification of order dated 08.01.2016 and for release of petitioner upon furnishing of personal bond and/or cash security in lieu of surety bond to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent and to reduce the surety amount from Rs. 15,000/-.

A perusal of order dated 08.01.2016 reflects that it was pointed out by learned ASC that address of the petitioner could not be verified as he was a causal labourer who had come to Delhi for work and, therefore, no long lasting address of the petitioner is available.

Under the circumstances, it will not be appropriate to release the petitioner on personal bond, however, the surety amount is reduced from Rs.15,000/- to Rs. 10,000/-. Application stands disposed of.
