By the application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 01.12.2015 whereby FIR No.95/2013 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Harsh Vihar, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom were quashed.

It appears that due to inadvertence, the order did not reflect that proceedings under Section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 also stood quashed.

Order dated 08.12.2015 shall be read regarding quashing of the proceedings in FIR No.95/2013 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Other terms and conditions of the order dated 08.12.2015 are left undisturbed. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
