Pursuant to order dated 25.05.2016, learned counsel for respondent hands over a copy of the order dated 31.05.2016, issued by the respondent whereunder his requests for according approval for immediate discharge has been reconsidered on compassionate grounds and allowed. Copy of the order dated 31.05.2016 is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner and is taken on record.

In view of the order dated 31.05.2016, the respondent shall issue a formal NOC in favour of the petitioner within two weeks. The petitioner W.P.(C) No.11550/2015
shall present himself before the respondents No.3 and 4 within two weeks thereafter for his induction. He will, however, not be entitled to claim any seniority on the post of Income Tax Inspector. 3.
It is clarified that any decision taken by the respondents in terms of the observations made in para 12 of the order dated 31.05.2016 shall not be treated an impediment for the petitioner to join the services with the respondents No.3 and 4.

The petition is disposed of.

At this stage, Mr. Anil Soni, learned counsel for respondent states that his presence has not been recorded in the order sheet dated 25.05.2016, though he was present on the said date, which fact is confirmed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
