% 03.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed for correction of petitioner's father's name in 12th Class mark sheet and certificates. It is pertinent to mention that name of the petitioner's father is 'Radhe Shyam' whereas it is shown as 'Radhey Shyam'.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that he has received a letter dated 27th January, 2016 issued by the respondent no. 2-School stating that CBSE has agreed to make correction, provided certain documents along with requisite fee are submitted. He has handed over today in Court a copy of the aforesaid letter dated 27th January, 2016, which is taken on record. W.P.(C) 11522/2015

Learned counsel for petitioner further states that he shall supply the required documents and fees within two days.

Respondent-CBSE is directed to carry out necessary rectification/ correction expeditiously.
