% 07.10.2016 Mr. Mehra states that the affidavit is ready and shall be filed within two working days. Let the same be filed.

Mr. Mehra, on instructions from Inspector Pankaj Sharma, states that since the petitioner has cooperated with the investigation during the interim protection granted to him and he is not required for custodial interrogation, the State does not oppose grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this

stage.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is subject to the condition that he shall continue to join the investigation and cooperate with the investigation in future as well. He shall not contact the complainant. The petitioner shall not get in touch with any of the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
