% 05.08.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.264/2015 under Section 264/2015 under Sections 377/354/506/509 IPC registered at PS Jagat Puri.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Government employee working as a clerk in Nagar Nigam, Meerut and has three daughters one of whom is married besides the son who is married to the complainant. According to the petitioner the son of the petitioner went to South Africa and the complainant was also sent over there after applying her viza for which required fees was paid by the petitioner. parents of the complainant, the relations between the parties became strained resulting in the registration of the above-noted FIR. Learned APP for the State has taken me through the FIR and the status report. The allegations in the FIR are primarily against the husband Danish including that under Section 377 IPC. The petitioner is alleged to have misbehaved with the complainant and threatened her. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the complainant and he has already joined the investigation, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed and will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
