O R D E R

% 17.01.2018 IA 698/2018(Delay) The application has been filed by the Court Receiver appointed by this Court on 15th December, 2015 seeking condonation of 358 days delay in filing of the report. It is found that the report is not on record. The Receiver will take steps to have the same placed on record by the next date of hearing.

The Receiver further submits that along with the report, he had sought to file a Compact Disk (CD) containing some photographs, which was not taken by the Registry. The Registry will accept the CD upon verification of its contents.

Upon filing of the report, notice thereof shall also be sent to the respondent and also to the counsel who was appearing for the respondent, without any process fee.

Counsel for the petitioner is present in Court. In case the copy of the report is required by the petitioner, the same may be obtained from the Registry in terms of order dated 21st November, 2016 passed

by this Court.
