% 20.01.2017 By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for expeditious trial, in a case arising out from FIR No.190/2008 registered at police station Tilak Marg pending before the trial court. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no adjournments would be taken by the petitioner during the trial. Petitioner is a senior citizen. In the fact of this case, trial court is requested to expedite the trial. No unnecessary adjournments be granted to any of the parties. Writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.
